We ship both domestically within Australia and Internationally. All orders will be dispatched and posted within 2 business days unless otherwise flagged upon checkout. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected and also due to any relevant Australia Post delays (which are outside our control). Please see below the estimated delivery times for Australia Post but note that these delivery times cannot be guaranteed:
Standard shipping is expected to take between 5 and 14 days.
Express Shipping is expected to take between 2 and 5 days.
International Shipping is expected to take between 20 and 30 days.
Australia Post will provide shipping updates once dispatched. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any theft or damage that may occur. Please keep this in mind when allocating a delivery address and be sure to include all relevant location details including any unit/shop/floor numbers. Australia Post will return to sender if you do not provide sufficient information for delivery.
In the event that this occurs, re-delivery can be arranged but will incur another Shipping Fee (Standard/express as preferred).
